Can I get a refund?

The published Terms state a no-cash, partial, or prorated-refund policy, including for downtime, missed picks, or AI-provider outages. Confirmed outages may qualify for service credits under Section 14 of the Financial Disclosure. This is a summary of the site’s policy, not legal advice or a determination of your legal rights. For a disputed charge or a refund concern, contact customer support; legal-policy questions can go to legal@linehawk.bet. This assistant cannot decide eligibility, issue a refund, or apply a credit.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in and open Plans & billing. If Manage subscription is available, choose it to try opening Stripe’s customer portal; complete cancellation there and review the confirmation. If the button is missing or the portal cannot be opened, email customer support from your account email to request help. Do not assume a cancellation is complete without confirmation. The published Terms say plans renew until canceled and access continues through the end of the current billing period. This chat cannot cancel, confirm cancellation, inspect your subscription, or guarantee portal availability. Do not start another subscription to troubleshoot.

I can’t log in.

Open Log in and use the same email/password or Google/Apple method you used when signing up. Use Forgot password? for an email/password account. If Apple reports that it is not enabled, the login page directs you to Google or email; this chat cannot verify provider availability or account ownership. If you still cannot sign in, email customer support with a short description of the error, without passwords, codes, or reset links. No paid plan is needed for customer support.

What plans are available?

The new-customer plans are free Scout and paid Edge. Pro is retired from new sales; existing Pro billing prices are unchanged, but full Locks, Value Plays / Dark Horses and Top Edges now require Edge-level access. Scout and legacy Pro receive previews only. This replaces the previous Pro Value Plays / Dark Horses access. Open Pricing for advertised Edge prices and features, then review the final amount and schedule in Stripe before paying. This assistant cannot verify your checkout amount, tax, discount, or existing billing price. If checkout differs from Pricing, stop and contact customer support before purchasing. Published prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes under the Terms. Customer support itself is free, including when logged out, and does not use Ask LINEHAWK’s allowance.
