Financial Disclosure & Release of Liability

Last updated: June 18, 2026 · Effective immediately for all users.

1. What LINEHAWK is — in plain English

LINEHAWK is an analysis and information service. We take public data from regulated prediction markets, sports statistics, weather, public social media, and other public sources, and we run that data through our proprietary LINEHAWK twin-brain engine to surface patterns. We then publish those patterns to you as “picks,” “edges,” “tiers,” and “confidence percentages.” A full list of the regulated market venues, software vendors, and AI inference providers we use is kept in our Privacy Policy under “Vendors” for legal transparency.

2. What LINEHAWK is NOT

  • LINEHAWK is NOT a sportsbook, a bookmaker, a licensed broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, a CFTC futures commission merchant, or a casino.
  • LINEHAWK does NOT accept wagers, hold customer funds for the purpose of wagering, or settle bets.
  • LINEHAWK does NOT provide personalized financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
  • Our “confidence %” numbers are AI-model outputs, not promises, predictions, or guarantees of any outcome.

3. No guarantee of profit. Risk of total loss.

Trading on prediction markets and sports-betting markets is high risk. You can lose, and many people do lose, 100% of the money they put at risk. Past performance — including any win-rate or calibration chart shown anywhere in LINEHAWK — is not a guarantee of future performance. Markets move. Models are wrong. Variance is real.

4. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Any decision to buy, sell, hold, or wager on any contract, market, or event is solely your own decision. You agree that:
  • You will only risk money you can afford to lose entirely.
  • You will not borrow money, use credit cards, or use money needed for rent, food, bills, or dependents to fund any market activity.
  • You will independently verify any information from LINEHAWK before acting on it.
  • You understand that AI models, including the ones LINEHAWK uses, can be wrong, can hallucinate, and can be confidently incorrect.

5. Eligibility — you must be of legal age.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or 21 years old if your jurisdiction requires it for any market you participate in), that you are legally permitted to use prediction markets and sports markets where you reside, and that you are not on any self-exclusion list.

6. Problem gambling resources

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please call 1-800-GAMBLER (1800gambler.net), text 800GAM to 800GAM, or visit ncpgambling.org for confidential help 24/7.

7. Release of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Passionate Restoration LLC (d/b/a LINEHAWK), its owners, employees, contractors, advisers, and data providers (collectively, “LINEHAWK Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses — including attorney fees — arising out of or related to:

  • Any decision you make based on LINEHAWK content;
  • Any financial loss, including total loss of money at risk;
  • Any error, inaccuracy, delay, or interruption in any LINEHAWK data, signal, pick, digest, export, or alert;
  • Any third-party action — including by any prediction market venue, sportsbook, bank, payment processor, or platform you use in connection with LINEHAWK information.

8. Limit of liability

Even if a court finds LINEHAWK liable, our maximum total liability to you, in the aggregate, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid LINEHAWK in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). LINEHAWK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LINEHAWK Parties harmless from any claim brought by a third party (including a tax authority or regulator) that arises out of your use of LINEHAWK, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Orange County, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

11. Changes to this disclosure

We may update this disclosure at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of LINEHAWK after a change means you accept the change.
